 Gym and crowds, not your thing?


Do you have a bad knee, shoulder injury, back pain, or just a few aches and pains? Are you training for your first run or new to working out?

Are you looking to maintain your strength, get stronger or more flexible while staying safe?

I have 25 years of education and experience in personal training and am able create a customized program that can start with wherever you are right now.

My college degree is in corporate fitness and I’m a certified personal trainer through American Council of Exercise (ACE). I’ve also completed ACE’s Fitness nutritional specialist program and Bioforce Conditioning Coach Certification and am always seeking new ways to continue my education and knowledge base to best serve my clients and their needs.

Each program is designed to meet your individual goals with safety and strength as the utmost importance.
