 Private coaching and training is built on weekly check-ins and personalized feedback.

Now you can get those check-ins and accountability, and even personalized feedback, without the expense of a full coaching or training partnership.

I like to think of it as “coaching lite” for when you don’t need the whole shebang, just a little glue.

 
 

Here’s what you get when you join today:

  • An email from me every Friday for the next 12 weeks

  • Every email will include something to teach and inspire you to keep going as well as an actionable takeaway (a new exercise or recipe or technique to try).

  • At the end of every email, I will ask you the same 4 questions every week:

    • What will you start this week?

    • What will you continue this week?

    • What will you stop this week?

    • What else do I need to know?

  • You will hit “reply” to my email and answer those 4 questions. Every week.

  • On Mondays and Tuesdays, I sit down and read your reply. And then I reply back to you.


Here’s why it works:

  • It’s a paid program, so you have “skin in the game”- this makes a big difference!

  • You know I’m waiting every week to see what you reply- that’s called accountability, baby! And it works.

  • My personal replies help you troubleshoot unexpected obstacles and keep the motivation level high.

  • Your replies each week create a series of micro-commitments on your path to your bigger goals, and making them public (telling me about them) means you’re more likely to stick with them.

  • 12 weeks is long enough to reach big goals and see real change, and not so long that the goal feels too far away to have any real urgency or immediacy.

You’ve got questions? I’ve got answers.

 

Q: I don’t have a specific goal other than “get healthier”- will I benefit from this program?

A: YES!!! “Get healthier” is a great goal! Every week’s email will include guidance on living a healthier, more enlivened life, and the accountability piece will help you stick to those weekly mini-commitments. I will help you troubleshoot unexpected obstacles and cheer you on as you create new habits (and break old ones!) that will move you toward your “get healthier” goal!

Q: Will you be writing me a customized training program if I join 12 Weeks to Wellness?

A: No. This is first and foremost an accountability program that puts YOU in the driver’s seat of your health. While each week’s email will contain guidance and a new exercise, recipe, or technique to try, these will be not be customized to you, personally. And while I do respond personally to your replies each week, these responses are meant to help you troubleshoot and offer suggestions or encouragement. If you are looking for more in-depth coaching or personal training, I work with clients both in-person and remotely-please contact me directly so that we can discuss your individual goals!

Q: I’m training for a marathon/ obstacle course race/ etc- how could I use this?

A: No matter your wellness goal, accountability is always a key factor in sticking with the work necessary to get there! Having an expert to check in with each week as you work toward your race (or whatever your goal might be!) provides a unique type of support that compliments any training regimen you are working through. Having me to be accountable to as you progress through your training, as well as my expertise to help you fine-tune what you’re doing, is *almost* like having your very own coach, only way less expensive!

Q: Will you acknowledge my email replies?

A: Yes! What’s more, I will respond to them! Each week that you send in a reply to my Friday email, I will respond to you on the following Monday or Tuesday with answers to a question, guidance to help overcome an obstacle, or some words of motivation.

Q: Will you be offering this again?

A: 12 Weeks to Wellness will be offered four times in 2020, beginning January, April, July, and October. There are a limited number of slots available each session, and return members are given first chance at those slots. If you are interested, I encourage you to go for it! I cannot guarantee future availability.

Q: How much does this cost? Is there a payment plan?

A: $247 for 12 full weeks of accountability and guidance. To join the program, simply click here or on any of the pink “Yes! I want to join 12 Weeks to Wellness!” buttons and you’ll be taken through the checkout process. There are no payment plans available at this time.

Q: Is there a refund policy?

A: There are no refunds for 12 Weeks to Wellness or any of my service-based offerings. I encourage you to reach out with any lingering questions prior to purchase- I’m happy to talk through any concerns or questions you have!

Q: Does this work?

A: To borrow from our friends over at AA, “It works if you work it.” That is, this program works if YOU do. Ten minutes per week to reply to four questions for 12 weeks. You can do that. You’ll be glad you did.

Q: Will you promise to include plenty of pictures of Coal, the world’s cutest dog, in all of your emails?

A: Okay, no one really asked me this, but Coal (aka Coalie, Coalie Boy, Coalester…) really IS the world’s cutest dog. (Don’t believe me? He shows up in my Instagram a lot, so go see for yourself!)

It’s no exaggeration to say that fitness and wellness changed my life.

More than 20 years of experience as a personal trainer. A stack of certifications. Dozens of clients.
